I loved this beautifully decorated hotel right in the heart of the city. Location: the venue was just off a principal pedestrian street in the heart of the old town, the center of things and the main plaza in the center of the tourist area.

fairly clean hotel with very very nice and incredible staff and a good value. stunning location, around 4-6 minutes walk from central plaza & park. and adjacent to the tourist area and the pedestrian road. nice place for exploring san cristobal de las casas.

The rooms were new-fashioned and silent, the staff was helpful. Lovely views out over garden.

It's a quaint place with welcoming staff and silent rooms. The service is ATTENTIVE, includes safe parking. Btw parking is possible nearby. Also, the location is marvellous, minutes from a candy - colored cathedral. The attached restaurant serves outstanding food.

It was really nicely decorated 4-star hotel as stated in the description. The staff was caring. The property was located right in the heart of the city. Liked that food was amazing!

Facilities were clean, even so Wi-Fi was very spotty.

The hotel's location was great, right in the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was easy to walk around and explore nearby shops and restaurants. The room was well-designed and comfortable, with nice amenities such as a private bathroom and cozy bedding. The friendly staff provided great service, offering a delicious breakfast and helpful tips for local activities.

The noise level could be a bit disruptive at times, especially in the evenings. Despite the central location, there seemed to be some noise pollution that made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.

I had a great time during my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right at the heart of a pedestrian area filled with restaurants and shops. The service was impeccable, with room service and housekeeping readily available. The amenities provided were top-notch, including soundproofed rooms and garden furniture. The staff were very helpful, offering tours and ticket assistance, as well as a welcome drink upon arrival. The spa and wellness center was the perfect place to relax, with a sun terrace and full body massage available.

This place was truly amazing, and I recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The free parking was nearby, attentive service. Beds and pillows in my family room were exceptionally comfortable. Mesoamerican Museum of Jade was not very far from the hotel, greatly enjoyed its location right in the centre of st Cristóbal

The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, quite close to Central Plaza & Park. It took me 15 mins to get to the bus station.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. We were amazed by the beautiful interior and the modern decor of the rooms. The heated floors were a nice touch after a chilly evening. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Honestly, this is the best hotel we've stayed at in Mexico. I highly recommend this hotel for its perfect location, beautiful rooms, and amazing staff.

Nicely decorated hotel located right in the heart of San Cristobal de las Casas. Amazing food combined with an excellent service. Extremely comfy bed, spacious bathroom and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe in the room...
